People & Culture Executive, Waterpark HR & Payroll (Oasys)

Job summary

RIXOS Doha is seeking a highly organized People & Culture Executive for our waterpark theme park resort operations in Qatar. You will handle HR admin, payroll coordination with Oasys, attendance and leave management, recruitment support, onboarding, and employee documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on experience in waterpark or large-scale hospitality, a bachelor’s in HR or related field, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant People & Culture / HR experience.
• Previous experience in a Waterpark, Theme Park, large-scale resort, leisure attraction, or high-volume hospitality operation.
• Hands-on experience with the Oasys payroll system is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of payroll inputs, attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
• Experience supporting a large and diverse operational workforce.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and employee relations.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• People & Culture Operations: Manage day-to-day People & Culture activities for waterpark/theme park teams and maintain accurate employee records.
• Payroll & Oasys System: Manage payroll data in Oasys, verify inputs, reconcile with attendance & HR records, resolve discrepancies with Finance.
• Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality; update records and coordinate with department leaders.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Support recruitment for operational and support roles; handle documentation and onboarding.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as first point of contact for queries; assist investigations and engagement initiatives.
• Waterpark Theme Park Operations: Provide hands-on P&C support in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
