Job summary

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North is seeking an Assistant Manager, People Development to support the group’s learning and talent development across all assets. The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, computer proficiency and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

You will lead and coordinate New Team Member Orientation, work with department trainers, conduct Training Needs Analyses and help develop annual training plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Hospitality Management, People Development, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in People Development, Training, or HR, preferably in similar role.
• Strong experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing annual training plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills across all levels.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in onboarding, orientation programs, and coordinating with departmental trainers and leaders.
• Passion for people development, continuous learning, coaching, and promoting positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and liaise with departmental trainers to support their needs and report submissions.

• Drives grooming standards across all departments.
• Drives learning needs analysis and annual training plan cycle.
• Supports other learning and development, quality programs, initiatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and wants to make a positive impact across the assets.
