Job summary

Rosewood Doha invites a passionate Talent & Culture professional to join our luxury hotel team. You will support the end-to-end onboarding of associates, review documentation, and coordinate onboarding sessions to ensure a welcoming start for new hires.

You will assist Talent Acquisition with contracts, pre-boarding logistics, and maintaining accurate records in our HR systems, while upholding Rosewood's standards of service and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Assist end-to-end onboarding for new associates.
• Review onboarding documentation prior to joining.
• Coordinate document signing and system registrations.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition with Letters of Intent and Employment Contracts.
• Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Update candidate and onboarding information in HR systems.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure policy compliance in records.
