Rosewood Doha is seeking an experienced HR Associate to oversee onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll, and HRIS administration. You will maintain accurate records, coordinate benefits, and support payroll processes while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

The role covers onboarding, offboarding, promotions, changes, and robust workforce reporting, while upholding Rosewood's standards of relationship hospitality and Exceptional guest experience through people

• Compliance with local labor laws and company policies

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding activities and enrollment in benefits, ensuring completion within timelines.
• Oversee offboarding, clearance, and final settlements with accurate records.
• Process promotions, transfers, and employment changes with proper documentation.
• Maintain and administer HRIS, payroll systems, and positions in HRIS.
• Prepare and monitor weekly headcount, turnover, and other Talent & Culture reports.
• Ensure filing, recordkeeping, and compliance across HR systems and documents.
