Job summary

Kempinski Hotel Doha is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service that aligns with Kempinski standards and DNA values. The role focuses on driving sales, maximizing guest satisfaction, and providing courteous, professional, efficient service to every guest.

You will lead the service team, uphold hygiene and safety policies, upsell menu items, monitor opening/closing procedures, and report to the Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to hotel policies on fire, safety and HACCP hygiene regulations.
• Manage service team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Drive outlet sales and stay within budget.
• Maintain high quality of product and service.
• Develop outlet entrepreneurship, seek opportunities to generate more business.
• Report to Assistant Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager.
• Supervisor for Head Waiter/Waitress, Waiter/Waitress & Host/Hostess.
• Ensure punctuality, correct uniform, nametag and grooming standards.
• Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet.
• Execute opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
• Handle guest inquiries politely; report complaints to supervisors.
• Operate POS system according to assigned responsibility level.
