Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is seeking a Non-Management, Full Time team member to uphold the brands Gold Standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment. You will oversee staff, ensure impeccable grooming, and support management with recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching to drive service excellence.

Role requires strong guest focus, teamwork, and the ability to manage duties across opening/closing, inventory, and service operations in a premier hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in hospitality or food and beverage.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience within a hotel or similar operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work as a team to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire; complete opening/closing duties and stock supplies.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and discipline as needed.
• Maintain safety and security policies; ensure guest comfort and service excellence.

Education
