Kempinski Hotels is seeking an Outlet Supervisor (Short Term) in Doha, Qatar. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure service aligns with Kempinski standards, drive sales, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction with courteous, professional, and flexible service.

Responsibilities include managing the service team, adhering to hygiene regulations including HACCP, and upholding the hotel's dress code and grooming standards while delivering high-quality products and service.

Qualifications

• HACCP knowledge and hygiene compliance.
• Strong customer service etiquette and professional appearance.
• Upselling and maximizing sales in the outlet.

Responsabilités

• Report to Assistant Restaurant Manager/ Restaurant Manager.
• Supervise Head Waiter/Waitress, Waiter/Waitress & Host/Hostess and ensure duties are performed.
• Maintain uniform, grooming standards, and professional conduct at all times.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and manage daily outlet tasks.
• Know all services and products offered by the hotel and upsell items accordingly.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed and area stays clean and organized.
