Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years in a similar role within the O&G sector, with hands-on experience in offshore documentation, travel, and OMFC renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in O&G industry is required.
• Experience with offshore pass application systems.
• Experience managing offshore medical appointments and OMFCs.
• Experience with manpower and equipment mobilizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the application process of Offshore and RLIC passes.
• Keep passes validity and update the tracker.
• Follow up with crew on timesheet submission by month-end.
• Submit timesheets to payroll.
• Coordinate chopper bookings with clients for crew transport to/from heliport.
• Generate job numbers and job files; create purchase requisitions and orders.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for crew mobilization and transportation.
