Commercial Bank of Qatar seeks a Lead Specialist, National Talent Development to advance nationalization through in-house training and development programs. You will design and deliver programs, coach and mentor managers, and implement career and succession planning to build a robust national talent pool.

You will partner with line managers, monitor progress, and ensure compliant, high-quality training to prepare nationals for future leadership and technical roles within the bank.

Formación

• 6 – 10 years’ relevant experience in HR and learning and talent management including at least 6 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Psychology or equivalent.
• Skills: Project management, driving results, organizational awareness, driving performance through others, change management, planning and attention to detail, business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Support Unit Head, National Development in the overall management and implementation of national development programs through training, coaching and mentoring.
• Deliver induction programs for new joiners and Leaders Induction, and design work placement student programs.
• Review progress of Qatari nationals to recommend suitable placements/training.
• Collaborate with line managers on national development programs to enhance career development.
• Monitor performance management for Qatari staff to align with development targets.
• Develop national talent management frameworks, tools and development of the national talent pool.
• Prepare and deliver annual National forum and develop leadership training programs.
