Job summary

Qatar Airways offers an exciting opportunity to join as a Training Manager overseeing a team to implement the Retail training and development plan. You will drive employee development, learning engagement and department performance, managing high-profile training projects across leadership, sales, products, systems and soft skills.

You will partner with stakeholders across Retail to analyse opportunities and implement solutions aligning with business objectives and maintaining a best-in-class

Qualifications

• High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 7 years of job-related experience.
• Retail or Travel Retail experience within Learning and Development context is essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the Retail operational training and development plan in line with Retail objectives.
• Develop learning solutions to support functional objectives and business goals.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, SMEs and cross-functional teams to identify learning opportunities.
