Job summary

Adlqatar is seeking a senior Training and Development professional to design and implement programs that grow employees’ technical and behavioral skills, aligned with performance evaluations and organizational needs.

You will conduct needs analyses, design interactive courses (workshops, e-learning, AI-enabled tools), assess effectiveness, coach learners, and report on outcomes while identifying and developing internal talent across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education/HR/Business or related field.
• 7–10 years in training/career development.
• Experience with LMS/e-learning and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual training needs analysis and propose the training plan.
• Design and deliver interactive courses (workshops, e-learning, AI-enabled tools).
• Evaluate training effectiveness during and after programs; provide coaching.
• Identify and develop talent with departments; prepare annual educational initiatives and reports.
