Job summary

Qatar National Bank seeks an experienced Recruitment Sourcing specialist to identify and source talent through agencies and web channels, shortlisting candidates per business needs. You will categorize applications and build strong relationships with internal units to drive department goals.

Responsibilities include KPI development, UR branding, and ensuring SLAs are met while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Sourcing candidates via agencies and online channels, shortlisting per requirements.
• Maintain and categorize the candidate database with accuracy.
• Work with internal units to meet department objectives and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Assist AVP Recruitment Sourcing University Relations in recruitment activities.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for recruitment performance and quality.
• Manage UR branding budget and implement best practices for the role.
• Promote cost consciousness and enhance productivity within the team.
• Interact with head-hunters, universities and agencies for sourcing.
