Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a HUB Sales Operations Manager to drive sales excellence across the MEA Service organization. You will optimize sales processes, strengthen forecasting, and transform data into actionable insights shaping business decisions in a global setting.

You will partner with LSUs, lead Salesforce governance, develop Power BI dashboards, and enable sales teams with analytics, automation, and reporting to accelerate sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence, or related functions.
• Strong experience with Salesforce reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM governance, and dashboarding.
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI, data visualization, reporting automation, and analytics.
