Job summary

SkillUp Mena seeks a dynamic Sales Director to lead the regional sales strategy in the MENA region, including Qatar and GCC. You will drive top-line revenue growth, shape the sales organization, and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners.

The role requires a strong strategic mindset, leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the corporate training market. Travel regionally as needed to secure opportunities and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading regional sales teams in B2B / enterprise environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of corporate training / education sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-impact regional sales strategy for the MENA region.
• Lead, mentor and manage the regional sales team to achieve targets.
• Identify new markets and strategic partnerships to expand SkillUp Mena's footprint.
