Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve guests' complaints/requests and liaise with the department for immediate follow-up.
• Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local services.
• Greet guests by name on calls and ensure correct routing of inquiries.
• Operate the switchboard efficiently to transfer internal and external calls.
• Coordinate communication within the hotel and attend training sessions.
