Fluency in Arabic and English, strong communication, and a professional demeanor are essential as you engage with VIP guests and collaborate with a dedicated team to uphold Turkish hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, hotel management, or related field.
• Language skills: Fluent Arabic and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Customer service: Strong guest-service and interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming attitude.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, including handling complaints diplomatically.
• Experience: Previous experience in hotel guest relations, front office, reception, concierge, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
• Cultural awareness: Ability to interact with guests from different cultural backgrounds, especially Arabic-speaking guests.
• Problem-solving: Ability to resolve guest concerns quickly while maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Professional presentation: Well-groomed, confident, courteous, and comfortable with VIP guests.
• Computer skills: Familiarity with hotel systems, email, Microsoft Office, and reservation/CRM systems.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, personalized and courteous service to guests.
• Assist guests from arrival to departure with a warm Turkish hospitality touch.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically.
• Maintain professional presentation and fluency in Arabic and English.
