Job summary

Rosewood Doha is seeking a courteous telephone operator to manage guest communications, answer calls, and route inquiries using the Glowing system. You will coordinate with hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest service, daily wake-up calls, and timely information dissemination.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, capable of delivering superior guest experiences while maintaining brand standards across front office operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services desirable.
• Excellent communication and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to handle guest requests promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with proper greetings and etiquette.
• Use Glowing system to communicate with guests and colleagues.
• Carry out daily departure calls to gather guest feedback and time of departure.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and service standards.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Record and relay messages accurately to hotel staff.
• Assist in emergency situations as central communications hub.
