Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for guests via the Communications Centre.
• Respond to high volume guest inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
• Provide follow-up on service-related concerns to ensure signature Hyatt experiences.
