Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts, Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara, is seeking a Learning Manager to lead the development and monitoring of individual development plans, organize training activities and support learning opportunities for Team Members.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor degree in HR or Hotel Management, has at least 3 years in learning roles, and demonstrates strong facilitation, English communication and project management in a culturally diverse hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Hotel Management.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in learning function.
• Experienced in adult learning or a similar environment.
• Experienced in managing diverse cultures.
• Experience in hotel operation is preferred.
• Self-motivated with proven ability to deliver quality solutions within tight deadlines.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver programs and present to audience.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Strong in project management and process management, analytical and strategic thinking/decision making.
• Detail oriented, good execution and follow up.

Responsibilities

• From day one, you will be involved in their journey preparing and monitoring individual development plans, organising training activities, and supporting them through learning and development opportunities.
• You will also support the Property Leadership Team with advice on how best to improve team member’s skills and capabilities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
