Job summary

Quest in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Talent & Development Specialist to lead learning initiatives across the organization. You will design and coordinate programs, conduct needs analyses, and partner with leaders to close capability gaps while ensuring compliance with service standards.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, experience in hospitality training, and proficiency in MS Office tools to develop engaging materials for colleagues at all levels.

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development within the hospitality/theme park industry.
• Strong experience designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs.
• Experience in onboarding, service excellence, leadership, and compliance training.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage colleagues at all levels.
• Strong understanding of hospitality and guest service standards.
• Ability to translate standards into practical training.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver learning and development initiatives supporting organizational performance and colleague growth.
• Conduct training needs analysis.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
• Ensure training compliance.
• Partner with department leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
