Job summary

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa seeks a Health Club Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations and providing information on facilities and services. You will ensure a seamless guest experience at the health club.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-ins, answering inquiries, scheduling trainings and wellness services, and coordinating with fitness staff to promote programs. A conducive, guest-focused environment is key.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and booking software.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for health and fitness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Answer calls and inquiries about health club services, memberships, and classes.
• Schedule appointments for personal training, classes, and wellness services.
