Qualifications

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, recreation, or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa or hotel management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional personalized service in line with brand standards.
• Manage spa and recreation reservations, appointments and scheduling using the spa booking system.
• Handle guest inquiries regarding treatments, facilities, memberships, hours and promotions.
• Conduct check-in and check-out procedures including payment processing and billing.
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area at all times.
• Coordinate communication between therapists, recreation attendants and guests to ensure smooth operations.
