Job summary

MGallery in Doha, Qatar seeks a Senior Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and provide a refined spa experience from the moment guests arrive. You will explain treatments, coordinate with therapists, and ensure a smooth journey across the spa journey.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a professional, guest‑minded attitude. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa reception or guest services is an asset.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good computer skills and ability to manage reservations and payments.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and greet warmly to create a positive first impression.
• Handle spa reservations, appointments and guest inquiries professionally.
• Explain and recommend spa treatments and wellness experiences.
• Coordinate appointments with therapists and ensure a smooth guest journey.
• Manage guest records, payments, billing and reception procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Communicate guest preferences to therapists and supervisors.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally.
• Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products.
• Support day-to-day spa operations and assist colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene and appearance.
• Follow spa policies, health and safety standards.
• Create personalized moments reflecting MGallery spirit.
• Demonstrate warm, discreet, attentive, refined service.
