Job summary

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be a warm, personalised ambassador for our luxury hotel. You will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, verify guest details and handle requests with the high service standards of a five‑star property.

You will coordinate with teams across Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge and F&B to ensure a seamless stay, upsell facilities, and promote IHG One Rewards. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office/Reception in hospitality preferred.
• Luxury/five-star hotel experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and check them in/out.
• Verify guest information, payment details and reservations in the PMS.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local area to guests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge and other departments.
• Upsell rooms, facilities and services to enhance guest experiences.
