The Chedi Katara is seeking an Experienced F&B Supervisor to lead daily outlet operations, uphold luxury guest service standards and drive revenue opportunities. You will supervise a frontline team, collaborate with Kitchen and other departments, and ensure impeccable guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years in Food & Beverage, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proactive approach to service excellence and brand standards.

Formación

• Ideally with a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and supervisory skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service: maintain high service standards, handle guest requests and feedback, and upsell with personalized service.
• Operational: supervise daily outlet operations, ensure brand standards, liaise with Kitchen, Beverage, Housekeeping and other departments, manage cashing and Micros procedures.
• Financial: support revenue targets while controlling costs, encourage upselling and ensure proper cash handling.
• Team Supervision: supervise attendance, coaching, briefings, training and adherence to policies; ensure hygiene and safety.
• Other Duties: attend meetings, maintain professional appearance, support other F&B areas as required.
