Job summary

Accorhotel in Doha seeks a dynamic F&B leader to drive luxury service across multiple outlets. You will manage and coach the team, ensure flawless daily operations, and own catering and high-volume events with a strong floor presence.

The role requires 5+ years in F&B leadership, including restaurant/general management, and experience in the Middle East. You will partner with kitchen, housekeeping, and sales to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Food & Beverage, including Restaurant Manager/General Manager.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or F&B Manager in charge.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the Middle East/GCC, preferably Dubai or Doha.
• Previous experience in a 5-star luxury and large-scale operation is preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets, catering, and high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead manage, coach and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets ensuring smooth service across all areas.
• Lead F&B catering and high-volume operations with a strong floor presence.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, productivity, and performance; ensure brand standards.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Sales & Marketing for seamless operations.
