Job summary

Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay is seeking an exceptional Director of Food & Drinks to lead our luxury dining operations across multiple outlets. The role requires a dynamic hospitality leader with a proven track record in luxury hotel F&B management, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

You will define F&B strategy, oversee budgeting, revenue growth, and ensure compliance with health and service standards while building a high-performing team in a world-class environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Director of Food & Beverage/Food & Drinks in a luxury hotel environment.
• Proven experience managing at least 5 restaurants and bars within a luxury hotel or integrated resort.
• Previous Gulf region experience is essential, with preference for UAE/Qatar backgrounds.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and focus on guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define F&B operational strategy to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction while upholding luxury standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation for seamless day‑to‑day operations.
• Manage costs and revenue by controlling food, beverage, and labor costs while driving marketable initiatives.
• Lead a large, diverse team with performance management and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations, prioritising wellbeing.
