Job summary

Hilton Doha is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to oversee daily operations across designated dining outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability. The role focuses on implementing standards, driving guest satisfaction, and steering the department towards operational excellence.

You will lead a team, manage costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while partnering with marketing to maximize revenue and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring top-tier quality, service, and profitability.
• Drive guest satisfaction by implementing service standards and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions within the F&B department, including cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team wellbeing.
• Coach, develop and mentor team members to build a high-performing F&B team.
• Support marketing strategies and initiatives to maximize guest revenue and overall profitability.
