Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Learning & Quality Assistant Manager for voco Doha Central, a pre-opening hotel in Doha. You will lead learning initiatives, ensure quality standards, and drive guest experiences from day one.

The role focuses on onboarding, mandatory training, and continuous improvement, with exposure to brand audits and service excellence programs within a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3+ years in Learning & Development, Training, Quality, or HR within hospitality.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, guest experience standards, and quality management practices.
• Experience with learning management systems and training administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel's learning and development strategy execution.
• Coordinate onboarding, departmental training, and mandatory compliance programs.
• Support colleagues and leaders in development opportunities and career growth plans.
• Monitor training completion and maintain accurate learning records.
• Conduct quality audits and support brand standards compliance.
• Track guest feedback, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
• Assist departments in implementing service excellence and continuous improvement plans.
• Support brand audits, quality assessments, and guest satisfaction reviews.
• Promote engagement, learning, and continuous improvement across the hotel.
