Job summary

Hilton Doha is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead training initiatives across the hotel during its renovation journey. You will partner with the leadership team to design programs that elevate service standards and engage colleagues through change.

This role focuses on pre-opening readiness, embedding new guest experiences, and building the skills required for the relaunch. You will coach teams and monitor performance to sustain exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver hotel training programs aligned with corporate goals.
• Support hotel renovation by coordinating learning initiatives through phases.
• Identify new skills and training needs arising from renovations.
• Develop readiness plans for reopening and service simulations.
• Embed new guest experience through coaching and refresher training.
• Support leaders in communicating change and maintaining engagement.
• Review performance with managers and create improvement actions.
• Audit training records and manage departmental training programs.
• Supervise and develop team members to sustain a positive work environment.
