Job summary

Forvis Mazars in Qatar is seeking a proficient Learning and Development specialist to understand organizational training needs, design curricula, coordinate delivery across departments, and align programs with corporate goals.

You will analyze data, manage LMS, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights. This role requires collaboration with SMEs, vendors, and management to ensure programs enhance performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• More than 6 years of Learning and Development experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and competency reviews to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
• Analyze findings and translate into clear training goals and plans including management and soft skills programs.
• Collaborate with SMEs, training designers, and stakeholders to develop and customize content.
