Job summary

Gulf Drilling International is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional in Qatar to identify, develop, and implement integrated L&D plans aligned with corporate and client requirements. The role includes Training Needs Analysis, competency development for Nationals, and budgeting for L&D activities.

The successful candidate will design and deliver training programs, ensure standards are met, and report on learning effectiveness while collaborating with HRBP and department

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development planning and implementation.
• Knowledge of Qatarisation and ethics/compliance requirements.
• Ability to design training materials and assess learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement integrated L&D plans aligned with operations and requirements.
• Prepare Training Needs Analysis for all personnel.
• Design and deliver training programs using blended methods.
• Maintain LMS records, reports, and analytics on training participation and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HRBP and line managers on competency and career development.
• Monitor and report on learning program progress to management.
