Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a Learning & Development Supervisor to champion a learning culture and elevate employee performance across the People & Culture team.

You will design, coordinate and deliver onboarding, ethics, safety and service training, collaborate with department leaders, and drive engagement—creating exceptional experiences for colleagues and guests in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in learning, training, talent development, human resources or related role.
• Degree or Diploma in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in hotel operations, preferably luxury hospitality or another customer-centric service environment.
• Excellent Presentation & facilitation skills; strong communication, facilitation, coaching, influencing and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy in collaboration with the L&D Manager.
• Manage and facilitate Embark and other core Four Seasons learning programs in collaboration with relevant presenters.
• Maintain and develop the Certified Departmental Trainer (CDT) programme and coach Departmental Trainers.
• Identify performance gaps and determine appropriate learning and development solutions.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, appreciation, wellbeing and employee experience initiatives across the employee journey.
