Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Doha is seeking an experienced Training and Development professional to identify employee and organizational development needs and to ensure impactful training programs. You will design, deliver, and measure training, focusing on product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service and leadership skills to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Certified trainer with formal instructional skills.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to facilitate engaging sessions and workshops.
• Focus on developing staff through structured learning plans.

Responsibilities

• Assists with administering employee training programs and promotes participation.
• Displays leadership and fosters a guest‑centric service culture.
• Helps employees identify behaviors that drive service excellence.
• Ensures ongoing training to meet guest expectations.
• Uses effective training methods and demonstrates guest satisfaction skills.
• Meets with training cadre regularly to support efforts.
• Observes employee service and provides feedback to individuals and managers.
• Assists with evaluating training program effectiveness, including enrollment and progress tracking.
• Partners with operations to assess transfer of learning to the job.
• Assists with developing program plans and budgets for training activities.
• Helps manage the Training budget and related expenditure controls.
