Job summary

Four Seasons Doha seeks a Learning & Development Supervisor to champion a learning culture within People & Culture, empowering staff to deliver exceptional hospitality and uphold Four Seasons standards.

Working with the L&D Manager and department leaders, you will design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding, compliance, leadership development and service excellence programs while maintaining budgets and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in learning, training, talent development, HR or related role.
• Degree or Diploma in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or related field preferred.
• Experience in hotel operations, luxury hospitality or customer-centric service environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy with the L&D Manager.
• Manage Embark and core Four Seasons learning programs.
• Maintain and develop the CDT programme and coach Departmental Trainers.
• Identify performance gaps and determine learning solutions with L&D leadership.
• Oversee onboarding, compliance, leadership development, service culture and skills-based training programs.
• Coordinate learning initiatives with People & Culture and departmental teams.
• Manage budgets, resources, systems and external providers for learning.
• Drive hotel-wide learning, culture and employee experience initiatives.
