Job summary

Four Seasons Doha seeks aLearning & Development Supervisor to champion coaching and growth across the hotel, shaping a learning culture that elevates guest experiences and employee potential. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a learning, training, talent development, human resources, or related role.
• Experience in hotel operations is advantageous.
• Experience working with diverse cultures.
• Degree or Diploma in Learning & Development or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy in collaboration with the Learning & Development Manager.
• Manage Embark and other core Four Seasons learning programs with relevant presenters.
• Maintain and develop the Certified Departmental Trainer (CDT) programme and coach Departmental Trainers.
• Identify performance gaps and determine appropriate learning and development solutions with departmental leads.
• Manage mandatory, ethics, safety, compliance, and service-related learning requirements.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and employee experience initiatives.
• Support employee services and People & Culture initiatives in collaboration with operational teams.
• Manage learning budgets, resources, systems, records, and external providers.
• Partner with the People & Culture Lead to drive hotel-wide learning and culture.
