Job summary

Parsons in Doha, Qatar is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide onsite IT support for the Qatar region. The role involves resolving end-user issues, maintaining workstation configurations, and documenting service requests.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Diploma in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of end-user IT support experience.
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve technical issues with hardware/software configurations.
English communication skills (Arabic a plus).
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, printers, and peripherals; familiarity with Office 365, antivirus, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Provides onsite and remote IT support to end users in Parsons environments.
Troubleshoots standard IT issues and guides users through solutions.
Identifies, categorizes and routes issues to appropriate IT groups.
Maintains knowledge of MIS environment and Parsons standard workstation configurations.
Follows Parsons policies and documents service requests and outcomes.
