Jobleader in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a Computer Engineer - Technical Support Specialist to deliver frontline technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, install and maintain systems, and document solutions.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, 2+ years in support, strong English, teamwork, and flexibility for hours. The role offers accommodation and is open to all nationalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or similar role.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks and peripherals.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems.
• Create technical documentation for clients.
• Train clients on how to use new software or hardware.
