Job summary

Malomatia in Qatar is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support IT asset management, project governance, financial tracking, procurement, and compliance activities. You will work across asset lifecycles, budgets, and vendor interactions to keep programs on track.

As part of the team, you will establish ITAM processes, monitor project performance, manage invoices and contracts, and ensure audits and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• ITAM experience is preferred.
• Strong governance and PMO experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, contract management, and audit practices.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with governance frameworks and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an ITAM framework for tracking assets across lifecycle.
• Monitor projects from initiation to closure, manage budgets and milestones.
• Track expenditures, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and payment schedules.
• Ensure documentation for audits and compliance with contracts and standards.
