Job summary

malomatia is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Doha, Qatar to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and risks, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

The role requires 4–7 years in project management or PMO, plus strong reporting and governance capabilities. Collaboration with vendors and senior stakeholders is key in this environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in project management or PMO environments.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting.
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resources, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet milestones and objectives.
• Monitor scope, schedule, quality, risks; implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status reviews with stakeholders.
• Track progress and prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, changes.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Support procurement, contract management, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and alignment with objectives.
• Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration and performance.
