Job summary

Malomatia in Qatar is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support IT asset management, project governance, financial tracking, procurement, and compliance activities. You will work across asset lifecycles, budgets, and vendor interactions to keep programs on track.

As part of the team, you will establish ITAM processes, monitor project performance, manage invoices and contracts, and ensure audits and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• ITAM experience is preferred.
• Strong governance and PMO experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, contract management, and audit practices.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with governance frameworks and operational controls.

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support IT asset management, project governance, financial tracking, procurement, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

Asset Management

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive IT Asset Management (ITAM) framework.
• Ensure accurate tracking of all IT assets throughout their lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, transfer, and disposal).
• Conduct periodic asset audits and maintain asset registers and inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with organizational asset management policies and procedures.

Project Governance & Monitoring

• Monitor and track projects from initiation through closure.
• Maintain project portfolios, timelines, milestones, risks, and budget status.
• Prepare project governance reports and dashboards for management.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved according to approved plans.

Financial & Operational Control

• Track project expenditures, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and payment schedules.
• Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and payment requests before processing.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and audit trials for all projects and operational activities.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and expenditure analysis.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and available for internal and external audits.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, procurement requirements, and organizational standards.
