Job summary

Malomatia is seeking an experienced PMO professional in Qatar to establish and govern standardized project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance processes across technology initiatives. You will monitor timelines, budgets, milestones, and risks, providing senior leaders with dashboards and reports while driving continuous PMO improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in PMO, project management, or project governance roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, reporting frameworks, and governance practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing complex projects within technology-driven environments.
• Arabic speaker is mandatory.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in Telecom, Technology or Technology Service Provider environments.
• Exposure to technology, telecom, GCC markets and complex delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement standardized project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance processes.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide project managers with required tools, guidance, and support to ensure effective project execution.
• Develop project reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior leadership.
• Identify project risks and issues, support mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure project delivery remains aligned with business priorities, objectives, and agreed timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting standards, and project delivery practices.
