Job summary

malomatia is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Doha, Qatar to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and risks, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

The role requires 4–7 years in project management or PMO, plus strong reporting and governance capabilities. Collaboration with vendors and senior stakeholders is key in this environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in project management or PMO environments.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting.
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master is preferred.

Responsibilities

To ensure an effective and smooth direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, quality, and risks, and implement corrective actions when required.

• Support procurement, contract management, and vendor coordination activities when applicable.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational priorities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely escalation of critical issues and decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration, accountability, and high-performance project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, or PMO environments.
• Proven experience managing medium-scale projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, issue resolution, and project governance.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
