Job summary

Malomatia, a Qatar-based IT services provider, seeks a PMO professional to establish standardized project management practices and governance. You will monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and provide guidance to project managers to ensure successful delivery aligned with strategic goals.

You will develop senior leadership reports, drive risk mitigation, and continuously improve PMO processes in technology-driven environments across GCC markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in PMO, project management, or project governance roles.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, reporting frameworks, and governance practices.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing complex projects within technology-driven environments.
Arabic speaker is mandatory.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in Telecom, Technology or Technology Service Provider environments.
Candidates should demonstrate a comparable background with relevant exposure to technology, telecom, GCC markets and complex project delivery environments.
