Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations for outsourced employees in Qatar. You will handle onboarding, mobilization, documentation, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee relations while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong follow-up, meticulous record-keeping, and ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment. Local Qatar availability is essential for this in-country hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR roles.
• Experience handling multiple roles across different domains.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and HRIS.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Locally available in Qatar (In-country hire only).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships, addressing queries, and gathering detailed requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring manpower requirements.
• Support offer release, candidate follow-up, onboarding, and mobilization.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on manpower requirements and replacements.
• Maintain employee documents, attendance, timesheets, and payroll inputs.
• Support employee relations, remobilization, demobilization, and exit formalities.
