Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an HR Intern to work with the HR team, gaining comprehensive insight into HR functions within a professional environment.

The intern will support the HRBP in creating and posting Job Advertisements across social platforms, manage candidate communications, and organize CVs for designated roles.

This role also includes assisting with post-hiring procedures and coordinating with the Administration to support employee needs on-site.

Qualifications

• Should have basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to HRBP in preparing Job Advertisements and posting on social media.
• Respond to comments/messages on Job Advertisements.
• Organize CVs according to the required designation.
• Assist HRBP in contacting candidates via phone, in person and on-site.
• Assist HRBP with post-hiring procedures and communicate developments with hired candidates.
• Coordinate with Administration to facilitate employee needs.
