Qatar Foundation International seeks an experienced HR Operations professional to act as the focal point for staff inquiries, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain records and oversee payroll processing. The role requires coordinating travel, end-of-service procedures and policy updates while ensuring compliance with local laws and internal standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field & 2-5 years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Ability to apply general rules to specific problems and generate multiple solutions.
• Strong knowledge of QF HC policies and Qatar Labour Law for effective decision making.

Aufgaben

• Serve as focal point for HR Operations and staff inquiries.
• Support recruitment and coordinate onboarding, including documentation and visas.
• Maintain employee records and generate staff data reports for management and authorities.
• Monitor attendance and notify supervisors for disciplinary actions when needed.
• Review and submit payroll to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
• Coordinate travel arrangements with the Travel team as required.
• Complete end-of-service formalities for departing staff.
• Develop and implement HR Operations strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Prepare candidate files and documentation for new joiners, including visa and CID letters.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new joiners and welcome them on day one.
• Communicate effectively with employees and candidates at all levels.
• Support in updating PUE HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Assist with complex cases such as disciplinary, grievances, and appeals.
• Organize PUE-wide induction sessions and gather feedback to improve policies.
• Keep employee records updated and ensure data integrity.
