Employment in Doha seeks an experienced HR Policy Analyst to lead policy formulation, develop HR processes, and oversee documentation and records management.

You will coordinate onboarding and offboarding, ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies, and provide enterprise-wide HR initiatives support. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or psychology.
• Postgraduate degree in MBA or HR preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar HR policy role.

• Formulates HR policy under guidance of senior analyst.
• Develops HR processes, flowcharts, and forms.
• Supports onboarding and offboarding activities.
