Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage HR operations across a large holding group in Qatar. You will handle employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, visa/QID processes, attendance, payroll support, and employee relations with strict adherence to Qatar Labour Law.

You will collaborate with management and department heads to implement HR procedures, improve efficiency, and ensure confidentiality of employee information across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as required.
• Proven experience as HR Officer or HR Generalist.
• Experience handling HR operations in Qatar with Labour Law knowledge.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee relations.
• Knowledge of visa processing and QID procedures in Qatar is advantageous.
• Ability to manage HR across multiple companies or departments.
• Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel for records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR activities across multiple companies within the group.
• Coordinate recruitment, postings, shortlisting, interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers including governance steps.
• Coordinate visa processing, QID issuance, and sponsorship transfers with PRO.
• Monitor attendance, leave applications and related HR data.
• Assist payroll processing and benefits-related activities.
• Handle employee queries, grievances and relations per policy.
