Job summary

The Iconic Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to manage servers and network infrastructure, support PMS/S&C upgrades, and maintain critical hotel systems. You will handle CP, CRS, RMS, BI interfaces, CRM/SFA integrations, and various middleware to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities include supporting POS, back-office accounting, procurement systems, IP TV, and HRMS, while maintaining cybersecurity basics and cloud tools within a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in hardware/software, operating systems, networking, troubleshooting, cybersecurity basics, and cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage servers infrastructure – physical and virtual.
• Maintain networks – data, voice and Wi-Fi.
• Upgrade or replace PMS and S&C systems as needed.
• Implement and support central profile solutions (CP) and CRS.
• Support RMS, BI interfaces and data warehouse reporting.
• Work with middleware / interfaces and CRM/SFA integrations.
• Operate POS, back-office accounting, procurement and inventory apps.
• Handle IP TV and HRMS integrations.
